Shipping
Shipping cost and methods:
Orders Over $150: Free shipping
Standard Delivery 3 - 5 Business Days - $7.50
International Shipping
Guilty Kloset is based in Adelaide, Australia. We are happy to ship internationally. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail, with minimal tracking facilities.
International shipping fees start from $30 AUD for parcels up to 500g. (approx 2 small items) International residents are most welcome to enquire via email with the delivery address and we will calculate the shipping cost and advise you of delivery options. Delivery times vary, but on average take approximately 10 - 14 business days.
Any loss/damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken on your parcel. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Returns & Exchange
• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from day of purchase
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Relevant paperwork and receipt for proof of purchase returned with merchandise??
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• In an event of an exchange - once merchandise is received we will process the exchange??
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
All items are throughly checked prior to dispatch. However, should your items be damaged or faulty, please advise us immediately by emailing stef@guiltykloset.com

Your personal details are collected for the purpose of processing and delivering orders efficiently and securely. Your personal information will never be shared with any third party without your consent.
